Here is another real nice Electronically restored T/O! The chassis says 5H40 and I THINK that makes this an H500? This is a very nice condition aesthetically T/O. I been getting lucky lately getting better than average leather on em, and this is one of the least worn cases I have had! The plastic bezel has no chips or cracks! I installed a new polarized AC cord too.. The radio has a good condition detachable wave magnet antenna and the red cord to connect it. The red rubber suction cups are in the back, but are a bit hardened. I went through the radio electronics, replacing ALL the paper film capacitors with modern polyesters and replacing ALL the electrolytics with new production parts. ( I emphasize ALL because many are very hard to get at, and most "restorer's" leave the hard to get ones) Then I aligned the adjustments to original factory specs. This radio works well now, as new.. I was able to pick up lots of stations on every band with just the whip and "WaveMagnet" antennas. Here is your chance to get a real nice radio, and to make this an EXTRA SPECIAL Transoceanic, I went through all my tubes, and dug out all Zeniths. Yes the radio is equipped with ALL tested good tubes made by and marked "Zenith"! As if that isn't enough, I filled the spare tubes holder in the back cover with another complete tested good tube set! Even that very expensive 1L6! YES, you read right, this radio comes with TWO COMPLETE SETS of tested good Zenith tubes! These two tube sets are worth as much as your average Transoceanic! Not too much else I can think of to say, the pictures show the radio well.
